- Use the Reiki symbol ‘Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen’: For the body weight reduction you can use one Reiki symbol. Among Reiki symbols ‘Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen’ is helpful for body weight reduction. You may follow some of the advice during this weight reduction program to get a better result. Drink plenty of water during the healing process.
