Reiji Ho Technique of Intuitive Healing

How to Perform Reiji Ho

The Reiji ho technique is a Reiki healing process that is very intuitive unlike the standard hand positions often taught in Reiki courses.

Purpose: to intuitively find energy imbalances and bring about balance and healing.

Steps for self healing:

  1. Sit in a comfortable position with your hands prayer (Gassho) position
  2. Close your eyes and focus on your hara center while being aware of your breathing.
  3. Activate Reiki and let the Reiki energy flow through every cell in your body. Let the Reiki energy surround you and fill the entire room.
  4. Take your hands up to your forehead and ask for holistic healing. Let your hands automatically drift to the areas that need treatment. Just flow with it. Be spontaneously. Let your hands pass the healing energy to the area where your hands stop. Once you intuitively feel that the healing is complete you can move to the next area until everything is healed.
  5. To complete, rest your palms on your lap with a few normal breaths and a thankful heart.

Steps for healing others:

  1. Stand comfortably in gassho position while focusing on the hara center and being aware of your breath. When you place your attention on the hara center you will naturally become aware of your automatic breathing. Since you are not putting any effort from your side, there is no energy spent in these moments and you feel totally relaxed. All stress and tension starts to dissolve.
  2. When you activate Reiki, your entire being is charged with positive energy. You can feel your aura being strengthened.
  3. In this state just take your hands towards your forehead in prayer position and request Reiki to heal the person.
  4. Let Reiki guide your hands on the person being healed. Your hand will be attracted to areas where healing is required. Notice the healing taking place in that moment. You might notice the flow of Reiki increasing when it reaches the desired spots and over time decreasing slowly. Let Reiki do the healing for the highest good of the person.
  5. Just go with the flow and be spontaneous until you feel the healing is complete. Once it is complete, join your hands together and thank Reiki.
