What you will learn in the Reiki 1 Workshop:

Reiki 1 workshop is open to anyone who want to learn healing and stay healthier physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for the rest of the life. You can support family and friends when they need help. All you need is a open mind, a desire to learn and grow holistically.

After the Reiki First Degree Course you need to practice daily for 21 days. This is also know as the cleansing period. During your course we will teach you what you need to do to get the most benefit from this. During there 21 days Reiki becomes a way of life and you continue to multiply the benefits with your ongoing daily practice.

After 21 days you are ready to take the Reiki Second Degree Workshop which enables you to send Reiki into your past, present and future. You can also send Reiki to someone in a different room, another city / town or in different time zone altogether.
